1. 2. 3. The connection of the total voltage of the machine tool is connected to the total power supply of the machine tool, check whether the steering of the CNC electric box, spindle motor cooling fan, and the cooling fan of the machine tool electrical box is correct, the oil sign indication at lubrication, hydraulics, etc. and whether the machine tool lighting is normal, whether the fuse is damaged, if there is an abnormality, it should be stopped immediately for maintenance, and no abnormality can continue. Measure the voltage of each part of the strong current, especially the primary voltage of the power transformer for CNC and servo units, and record it. Observe whether there is oil leakage, especially the hydraulic cylinder and solenoid valve at the supply turret rotation, clamping, spindle shifting, and chuck clamping. If there is an oil leak, the power should be immediately cut off for repair or replacement.

4. CNC box is powered on, press the CNC power on button, turn on the CNC power, and observe the CRT display until a normal picture appears. If the ALARM display appears, the fault should be looked for and troubleshooted, and the power should be sent again for inspection. Turn on the CNC power, measure the voltage at all levels according to the position of the test terminal given on the relevant data, and adjust to the given value if there is a deviation, and make a record. Place the status switch in the appropriate position, such as the multi-meter drilling machine system should be placed in the MDI state, select to the parameters page. Check the parameters bit by bit, and these parameters should match the random parameter table. If inconsistent parameters are found, the meaning of each parameter should be clarified before deciding whether to modify, for example, the value of backlash compensation may be inconsistent with the parameter table, which can be modified at any time after actual processing.
